Dryland Training Information
Windy City Dryland Training at Signature Gymnastics in Schaumburg, IL. This training site features 2 dry boards into a landing pit, a tumble track into the foam pit, strength training, and the use of other apparatuses within the gymnastics facility. This training site opened in the Spring of 2021.
